If you would like to remove an additional user's access to the information in your IdealTraits account, follow these steps:
Select Add Users from your Settings Gear to navigate to your list of users.
Locate the name of the additional user you would like to remove access from your account.
Click the Trash icon in the Actions tab, located to the right of the user's name.
The system will prompt you to verify you would like to remove that user's access to the information in your IdealTraits account.
Click Yes, delete it! to remove the user from your account.
The user will also automatically be removed from Notification Settings, no longer receiving email notifications related to the account.
Your user credit will be retained, so you may add a new user in place of the deleted user, or maintain the user credit until a later date.
