To access the Company Settings, first, click the Settings gear in the top right corner of your screen.
From here, select Company Settings from the menu.
From here, you will be able to update your company information, add a website, and upload a Company Logo.
Update Your Company Website
Making sure your company website is up to date is a great tool within the IdealTraits platform. This allows candidates to easily find you and learn more about your company as they begin the hiring process with you.
Your company website will be hyperlinked on your IdealTraits Career Page and candidates will be redirected to your website after completing the assessment with their application.
To update your company website, locate the Website line at the bottom of the page, right above Company Logo.
Simply paste in your website URL and you're good to go! This page will automatically save any updates you make.
Update Your Timezone
Scroll down to the bottom of the page to locate Timezone. Click the box with the down arrow to update your timezone.
Once you have selected your correct timezone from the list of options, the system will automatically save your changes.
You will see when you return to the Comments & Activity section in your candidate's profile, the time stamps related to their profile activity will be updated.
