Assessment Result: Inconsistent

“Inconsistent” is not a personality: The assessment needs to be retaken.

Summary:

There are too many conflicting responses from the candidate to determine if they are suitable for a role. One example might be that they picked “Most” persuasive and “Most” timid, or “Most” outgoing and “Least” sociable. The bottom line is they ultimately end up without any strong strengths which in turn does not lead to the best hire. Typically when receiving an inconsistent result, there is a lot going on in the candidate's life at the moment or they have a hard time making decisions. Overall IdealTraits cannot make a determination on this outcome and would recommend the candidate retake the assessment within 10-14 days. Check out this article to learn how to manually add a candidate to retake the assessment.
