Archiving a Job Ad

How to take your active job ad down from the job boards once you are no longer hiring.

Congratulations! Your position has been filled and you are no longer searching for candidates. To remove an active job ad from the job boards, you’ll want to follow these simple steps.

Once you are logged in to your IdealTraits account, you’ll want to click on the Jobs tab and select All jobs.

Locate the Action bar to the right of the job ad that you’d like to take down. Click into that Action bar and select Archive.

This will remove the ad from the job boards and will immediately end any sponsorship campaign you may have attached to the ad. Don’t worry! Nothing is ever fully deleted from your account. If you decide to use the same job ad to hire in the future, you can click on the Archive tab in the Jobs by Status column on the left-hand side of the page to repost the ad.
