How to create a custom job ad template:
Start by navigating to the Settings Gear and selecting "Templates."
Be sure you are on the "Job Templates" tab.
Select "+ Add Template"
Now you can create your job ad template.
Template Title: This will be internal and appear within the job ad builder.
Template Content: Customize your email with our variables.
Category: Select if the template should be added to the Job Description, Responsibilities, or Requirements folder.
Once complete, select "Save Template."
How to edit/delete custom job ad templates:
From the "My Job Templates" tab, locate the template you wish to edit or delete.
To edit, select the pencil icon.
To delete, select the trash can icon.
How to use them in the job builder:
To use your custom job template, you can just go to the "Jobs" tab and open the job you want to add the template to.
Scroll down to the Job Description, Responsibilities, and Requirements section of the Job Ad Builder.
Select the + on the far right to open the template window.
From here, you can flip between the pre-made System Templates and My Templates.
Once you locate the template you wish to use. Select the check box on the left and then "Insert."
*Tip* - For the Responsibilities and Requirements sections, you want to aim to select about 5 templates each. You want to let candidates know what they will be doing 90% of every single day to give them a great idea of what the position consists of while keeping it concise and engaging.
