  6. Describe a situation where you had a communication breakdown with a remote team member. How did you resolve it?

  7. What tools and methods do you use to keep in touch with your team and ensure everyone is aligned on project goals?

  8. What software and tools are you proficient in for remote work (e.g., project management, communication platforms, time tracking)?

  9. Can you describe a time when you had to troubleshoot a technical issue while working remotely? How did you handle it?

  10. How do you ensure your work environment is secure and your data is protected while working remotely?

  11. How do you stay motivated and focused when working from home without direct supervision?

  12. Can you describe a time when you had to manage multiple priorities or projects remotely? How did you stay organized and ensure deadlines were met?
