Use the previous applicant view to quickly identifying if a candidate has applied to your business in the past.

How to Check if a Candidate Has Previously Applied to Another Job in Your Account

To review a candidate's application history, start by navigating to the Candidates tab and clicking on the candidate's name to enter their profile.

On the left-hand side of the candidate profile, scroll down to the section titled "Previous Applications." This area will display the total number of applications submitted using the same email address.

The previous applications are listed in order, with the most recent application at the top. At a glance, you can see the date, position, assessment result, and current status of each past application.

Clicking on any application will open the candidate's profile in a new tab.
