Your IdealTraits account includes a basic automated workflow package that consists of 1 active workflow at a time, and 2 actions per workflow. If you'd like to create more automated workflows with more actions, you can upgrade your package in the IdealTraits marketplace.

In the marketplace, navigate to the automated workflows card. If a package upgrade is available you will see an 'Upgrade' button, similar to the image below:

Note: If there is no upgrade available, reach out to us via the chat so we can assist you in customizing your automation needs.

From the marketplace card, click 'Upgrade' and select the package offering below the text that reads "Select a Package to Purchase", like this:

Then click 'Continue' to proceed to the payment screen. Once your payment has been received, you will be upgraded into your new workflow plan.
