PACKAGES
Basic+ Package - $29.99
SSN Trace
An SSN Trace searches databases (including lending institutions, utilities, schools, and credit card companies) for a Social Security number. The information returned to the consumer reporting agency (CRA) conducting the search may include the year and state in which the number was issued by the Social Security Administration, associated names, and address history.
Sex Offender Search
Checkr searches sex offender registries in all 50 states and the District of Columbia. Any known sex offender matching your candidate is listed, with identifying information, as well as details of the offense(s) depending on the state or reporting jurisdiction.
Global Watchlist
Checkr searches various US and international government watch lists, such as the Office of Foreign Asset Control, Interpol and Specially Designated Nationals.
National Criminal Database Search
The national criminal search is a multi-jurisdictional search that encompasses numerous sources: national security sources, numerous federal databases, and arrest and criminal data from various local, county and state agencies.
*If a potential record is identified Checkr automatically performs a County Level Verification in the location(s) of the charge. A $15 CLV (County-level verification) fee will be charged.

County Criminal Search (Unlimited Counties)
Checkr will perform county criminal checks for all counties returned for that applicant over the last 7 year period. This includes any legally reportable felony and misdemeanor convictions, pending cases and dismissed records.

Education Verification
Search of available industry databases, school registrar, phone verification and Consumer provided documents used when necessary to verify the highest degree for an applicant.
Employment Verification (Current)
Available industry databases, email verification, and phone verification may be used to verify information about the Consumer’s current employer.

Motor Vehicle Record - $9.50
MVR searches will typically report information regarding the status of an operator's driving privileges, restrictions, expiration date, license type and class, endorsements, suspensions or revocations, DUI history, moving violations, and accidents for the state where the applicant’s license was issued.
Violations typically remain on the MVR report for three years, although convictions for serious offenses
may be reported for five years or more, depending on the state.
Statewide repository search based on the most recent address information. A statewide search can reveal crimes committed throughout an applicant’s state(s) of residence from state police records or state criminal records databases (where available).

Federal felony records are checked at the district level which can reveal cases involving fraud, embezzlement, tax evasion, kidnapping, and more on the federal level. The search performed will review
records that extend back to a minimum of seven years from the date of search for convictions.
Checkr provides comprehensive civil court record searches and litigation background checks, commonly used to identify applicants with risky or excessive civil records. By searching county and federal records both digitally and manually, examples of report records include Breach of Contract, Domestic Disputes, Restraining Orders, and more.

A credit report is a detailed report of a Consumer’s credit history, as reported by one of the three credit bureaus. This report does not provide a credit score and isn’t a hard inquiry on one’s credit.

FACIS Level 1 (Fraud and Abuse Control Information System) - $6
This search identifies any wrong actions of individuals and entities in the healthcare field. This includes information on disciplinary actions ranging from exclusions and debarment to letters of reprimand and
probation.

Some counties and all state DMVs charge fixed fees to retrieve criminal or driving records.
Some state courts also have additional fixed fees to retrieve criminal records. Checkr includes these as “pass-through fees” and we do not mark these up.
