Important Things To Know About SMS Texting via IdealTraits:
You will be assigned a local number.
Candidates can opt-out at any time by replying "Stop".
Sending Texts:
There are two ways to text with your candidates. There is an SMS messaging center, or you can send texts directly from a candidate's profile.
1️⃣ Texting From SMS Messaging Center
Here, you can see all of your active conversations in one place to manage multiple conversations.
To access the SMS Messaging Center, click the SMS button in the top right corner of your screen.
To start a new conversation, select or search a candidate from the dropdown menu.
2️⃣ Texting From Candidate Profile
Access Two-Way Texting in the Candidate's profile from the Action Toolbar.
Unread Messages:
When a candidate texts back while you're away from the conversation, you'll see a red alert in your header. This indicates you have unread messages, so check back often to keep the conversation going.
*Note: Email Notifications will be coming soon. In the meantime, be sure to keep checking back for candidate replies.
