Check out the short video below to see where you can find your candidate's completed video interviews.

Once a candidate has completed a video interview, you will receive an email notification. You can click the link in the email to be taken directly into their profile to review their interview responses or follow these steps to log in to your IdealTraits account and review the recordings.

From the Candidates page, click the name of the candidate to enter their profile.

In the menu on the left side of the screen, select Video Interview.

**Note: On the upper right-hand side of all interviews will be the date the recording will be deleted. Most video interviews are stored in your account for 30 days. To ensure you do not lose the videos, you can download the responses to your computer using the three dots to the right of the expiration date.

For each question, you will receive an AI transcription to the left of each video. This allows you to preview responses before watching the video.

To play the video, simply hover over the video and click the white play button.

You have the option to leave comments or rate each interview with a thumbs up or thumbs down.

To watch the next video response, simply click the "Question #" to open the preview.
