Do you have a candidate letting you know that they have completed the assessment, but your account is still showing that they have yet to complete the assessment?
The main reason this may happen is if they have applied to multiple agencies that utilize the IdealTraits platform. If they applied to multiple agencies, they likely received multiple emails asking them to complete the assessment.
When a candidate applies for a job, they are given a unique username to complete the assessment. This ensures that the information they provide through the assessment is only uploaded inside of the business owner's account that the job was posted from. This means that if a candidate applies to multiple opportunities, they would have to complete the assessment for each business they applied to.
If you reach out to a candidate and they let you know that they already completed the IdealTraits assessment, but you are not seeing their results in your account, ask them if they applied to multiple opportunities. If so, they will have to ensure they are completing the assessment for your position specifically.
You can send them an updated link to complete the assessment for your job using the email templates located within your IdealTraits account. Once they have completed the assessment using your link, you will see their assessment results in your account and will receive an email letting you know they are ready to review.
To resend the assessment:
Click on the Candidate Name from your Candidate list.
Click on their email address at the top of their profile.
Click the Assessment folder and select the template titled Assessment - Next Steps.
Click Send.
