From your Candidate page, you'll see the Stages menu on the left side of the screen. This menu gives you an idea of how many candidates you have located in each stage of the process. If you'd like to customize these stages, you can learn more about purchasing custom stages.
Moving candidates through the Hiring Stages is simple and there are two methods to do so.
From the Candidate page:
From the Candidate List, you want to locate the Stages column on the right side of the screen. Click on the dropdown arrow to select which stage you would like to send your candidate to.
When you select the Offer stage, the system will prompt you to create an offer letter. Learn more about sending an Offer Letter.
When you send a candidate to the Archive stage, you will be given the option to tag the candidate or send rejection letters if applicable. Learn more about Archiving Candidates.
From the Candidate Profile:
From the candidate profile, locate the stages dropdown menu on the right side of the candidate information section at the top of the screen. Click on the dropdown arrow to select which stage you would like to send your candidate to.
