Creating a Video Interview:
Click the Settings Icon in the top right corner of your IdealTraits page.
Select the Video Interview from the menu.
In the top right corner of the page, select Add Interview.
Start by entering a Position Title so you know which position candidate(s) are interviewing for.
If you'd like, you can include a short Interview Description.
Use a Template or type in your own Interview Questions.
Select a Time Limit to create a level playing field for every candidate.
Using the Time Limit bar, you can select a Required Minimum and Maximum response time. Candidates will only be allowed to record their responses to the question within this designated time limit.
Select a number of Attempts Allowed if you would like candidates to have the opportunity to re-record their answer to a question.
Click the + icon at the bottom of the screen to add additional questions to the Video Interview.
Once you are happy with your Video Interview Prompts, you can Save Draft or Post Interview. Keep in mind, once a video is 'Active' it cannot be edited.
