Let's say you have multiple job ads that are live and candidates are flowing in. But how do you filter them to find the person you are looking for?

First, navigate to your Candidates - All page. Then, you want to locate the Filter button at the top of the candidate list.

This will open a menu on the right side of the screen where you can select to filter your candidate list by:

Saved Views:

When you select one or more filters from the candidate filter drawer, the Save as View button will appear. Clicking this button will launch a pop-up where you can name and save this filter view for future use. When you select a Saved View, the criteria of the view will automatically appear in the filter drawer for your reference.

You can update saved views by adding additional filters and selecting Update View, or you can click the X in the dropdown to delete a saved view.

Active Job Ad:

Select an Active Job Ad to filter for only the candidates that have applied to a specific ad that is currently posted in your account.
