First, go to employers.indeed.com and log in to your Indeed account.
Using the menu on the right-hand side of your screen, click your email and select Contact us.
You can also contact Indeed by clicking the question mark icon in the upper navigation bar.
Click Contact us in the pop-up window in the bottom right
Choose which route you’d like to use to contact Indeed.
How to Submit a Ticket to Indeed
If you'd rather submit a ticket to Indeed and have them respond via email, here's how to do so.
First, go to https://www.indeed.com/help/employers/contact/form
Fill out the form with all your relevant information
Click submit once you've entered all your information. Indeed will respond to you via email, usually within 2-3 business days.
