Once you have finished setting up your Verified First integration and have ordered a background check, your candidate will receive a text asking them to complete the background check.
Once they have completed the background questionnaire based on the options you selected when placing the order, they should receive an email confirming they have completed the questionnaire along with a file number.
Once the candidate completes the questionnaire, you will receive an email to review and submit the order. You are given the option to view the background check through the Verified First portal or through the candidate profile in IdealTraits.
