When you add a candidate or employee to the IdealTraits system or when a candidate applies to your job ad, they will be sent an email inviting them to complete the online assessment.
When they select "Click here to get started," they will be taken to a webpage asking them to create a password to access the assessment.
The password the candidate creates must include:
At least 6 Characters
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 special character
Once the candidate creates their password and clicks "CONTINUE" they will be directed to log in and complete the assessment.
Once the assessment is complete, you will receive an email letting you know the results are available in your account.
