IdealTraits has a built-in system that automatically searches through hundreds of social media sites such as Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn to match any public social media profiles with the email a candidate provides when applying to your job ad.

Social Profiles, if available, will be displayed after your candidate completes the IdealTraits assessment. The icon will show on their profile underneath the star rankings.

Social Media profiles that are set to private will not be pulled during the search.

If profiles linked with the given email are found, they will appear on the candidate’s profile in the Information & Resumes section. Click on the Social Media icon and a new tab will open, directing you to their profile.
