In some cases, you may not want to send an email off to a candidate right away. This is where our time delay email feature will come in handy.

You can find it in the bottom right drop down in the Send an Email window. You have the option to choose to delay by 10 minutes, 1 hour, and one day.

This is a useful feature when trying to prepare ahead of time. It's also helpful when you have a candidate that you are choosing to reject. Instead of sending a rejection letter immediately after they apply or immediately after talking with them, you can send it with a one day delay, move them to the archive, and go about your day.
