My Ad is Not Live

The first steps you should take if you notice your ads are not live on the job boards.

If you notice your ad is not live on the job boards, here are a list of steps you should take to ensure there are no issues with your ad in the account:

  1. First, check to make sure your ad is Active by going to your “Post Jobs” - “View All” list. The status bar to the right of your job title should say “Active.” If the status says “Draft,” you’ll want to click into your job ad’s title, make sure everything is ready to post, and scroll all the way to the bottom of the page to click “Post Ad.”

  2. If your job ad’s status is “Expired” or “Archived” you’ll have to use the action bar to the right of the job status to duplicate and repost the ad.


    If your ad does say 'Active', yet you do not see it on the job boards, first note that it does take up to 24 hours to go live after posting the ad.

    If you posted the ad more than 24 hours prior, refer to our Job Posting Guidelines section in the Help Center to assure you are not violating any job board guidelines/rules.
