Indeed Apply lets candidates apply to your jobs directly on Indeed. They don't get redirected to another website or have to create a separate account. They apply in a few taps using their Indeed profile and resume, and the application goes straight into IdealTraits.
Why It Matters
More applicants: Every extra step in an application loses candidates. Indeed Apply removes the redirect and the account signup, so more people who start an application finish it. This matters most on mobile, where most job seekers browse.
Better visibility on Indeed: Jobs with Indeed Apply get an "Easily apply" tag in search results, and candidates actively filter for it. Indeed also tends to favor these jobs because they convert better.
Screener questions still work: You can add qualifying questions to the apply flow, so the easier process doesn't cost you screening power.
How to Turn On Indeed Apply
Indeed Apply is on by default for every IdealTraits account. There are no settings to change and no separate Indeed setup. To start receiving Indeed Apply applications:
Log in to IdealTraits.
Create a job. In the top Navigation click Jobs, then Add New Job
Fill in the required job details.
Add screener questions (optional). Add any qualifying questions you want candidates to answer. They'll show up in the Indeed Apply flow.
Post the job. Your job is sent to Indeed with Indeed Apply turned on automatically.
Review applicants in IdealTraits. When candidates apply on Indeed, their applications, resumes, and screener answers appear in your IdealTraits account automatically.
How to Turn Off Indeed Apply
To opt out, email product@idealtraits.com with your account name and request. We'll turn off Indeed Apply for your account.
