When someone applies to your job through Indeed, Indeed delivers the application and then loses visibility - they have no idea if that person was ever reviewed, interviewed, hired, or rejected. Disposition Sync closes that loop - as you move a candidate through your pipeline in IdealTraits, those status changes ("dispositions") get sent back to Indeed.
