We've all been there, you try to log in and can't remember which password you set up your account with. This helpful article will contain screenshots and a step-by-step process on what the password reset process looks like for your IdealTraits account. 

Step 1: When you log on to the IdealTraits home page (idealtraits.com) and click Login you will see this box. If you forgot your password, you will want to click the Forgot Password link under the submit button. 

Step 2: Once you click forgot password, you will be redirected to this pop-up which will ask you to input the email associated with your IdealTraits account. Type in your email and click Submit. 

Step 3: Once you submit your email, you will receive this message in your inbox for security. Follow the prompt and click the hyperlinked word "Click Here" for the final step.

Step 4: Please submit your email address on file with IdealTraits and choose a new password. Once you confirm that password, hit submit to process the change.

Step 5: Success! Your password has been reset. Please log in with the new password.
