Content/job ads that are posted in multiple instances on Indeed aren’t allowed in any capacity. Duplicate job board content includes any jobs that are posted to a job board from any source. Thus, ensure you’re only posting one ad per position type.

Don’t Get Cute with the Guidelines
It’s not uncommon for employers to attempt to bypass job board rules using various methods. Some may try posting through IdealTraits and then directly on Indeed. In contrast, others may publish multiple job ads for the same position with slight variations in the job title or company name to avoid detection. However, violating job board policies can result in the removal of all your ads. Repeated or intentional violations may even result in your account being permanently blocked from the platform.
To avoid these consequences, post a single job ad for each unique position… and don’t attempt to outsmart the system.
What if I'm hiring multiple people for the same role?
That’s completely fine. You can still direct all applicants to a single job posting, regardless of how many hires you're making.
What if I’m hiring for the same role but at different experience levels?
This situation is somewhat more complex. In most cases, we recommend using a single job ad that appeals to a range of experience levels. However, if you'd prefer, you may run two distinct ads: one titled something like “Entry-Level [Position]” and another titled “Experienced/Licensed [Position].”
We strongly advise against running more than two variations. For example, avoid posting separate ads for “Entry-Level,” “First-Year,” “Licensed,” and “Executive” versions of the same role.
In practice, combining these into a single, well-written job ad tends to yield the best results. Otherwise, you risk missing your ideal candidate… what if an experienced, licensed professional only sees your entry-level posting, or vice versa?
