Ai Team Fit

AI Team Fit shows how a candidate's personality compares to your current team. It looks at a candidate's Under Pressure scores and lines them up against the natural working styles already on your team, giving you additional context on similarity and compatibility.

AI Team Fit needs something to compare against. You'll need at least 3 current employees who have completed the assessment before the report can generate results.

On a candidate's profile, look for the banner at the top of their Personality section: "See how [Candidate's Name]'s personality aligns with your existing team." Click View Team Fit Analysis to open the report.

At the top of the panel, choose whether to see who the candidate is most similar to among employees in the same role, or across everyone in your account. Use the filter icon next to it to compare the candidate to specific employees instead.

This section names the current employee the candidate is most similar to overall, along with their personality type. Below that, a short explanation calls out where the two line up and where they differ, so you know at a glance who on your team the candidate will likely feel or act like.

Shows how the candidate's pace and style will blend in or stand out compared to the group or other employee being compared to.

Practical tips for managing this candidate, based on how they differ from the group or other employee being compared to.

A radar chart plotting the candidate against their closest match across four traits: Motivation, Persuasiveness, Thorough, and Structure. The larger the gap between the two shapes on any point, the bigger the difference in that trait.
