How to Redeem Your Referral Rewards

When you submit a verified referral to IdealTraits, you automatically become eligible to earn referral rewards. This guide walks you through the entire redemption process from receiving your reward notification to accessing your digital gift card.

1. Receiving Your Referral Reward Notification

  • After submitting a verified referral, you will receive an email confirming that your reward is pending approval. Rewards are typically reviewed and approved within 7 days.

  • Once your reward has been approved, you will receive another email from info@idealtraits.com that includes your Redemption URL.

If you don’t see this email, check your spam or promotions folder.

2. Logging In to the Referral Portal

  1. Click the Redemption Portal to review your available rewards.

  2. Enter your email address to access the portal.

3. Navigating to Your Rewards

  1. At the top left of the Rewards page, you will see Cash Earned.

    • This is your lifetime total showing all rewards you’ve earned, including those you have already redeemed.

  2. To the right, you will see your Cash Balance, which is the amount you can redeem right now.

4. Selecting a Gift Card

Scroll through the available gift card options.

  • Choose the brand you would like to redeem.

  • Important: The Callaway gift card option requires a minimum redemption of $50.

Once you’ve selected your gift card:

  1. Enter the amount of your available balance you want to redeem.

  2. Click Redeem.

Your gift card has now been issued.

5. Accessing and Using Your Gift Card

After redeeming your gift card:

  1. In the left menu, click Transactions.

  2. Select Redemptions.

  3. Click the Gift Card Vault Item associated with the card you redeemed.

  4. Copy the Security URL and paste it into a new browser tab.

  5. Click View Reward Credentials.

  6. Return to the Referral Portal and copy your Security Code.

  7. Enter the code into the unlock field and click Unlock.

You will now see your gift card claim code, along with any brand-specific redemption instructions for using it online or in-store.
