Pulse responses provide valuable insight into employee sentiment. Reviewing them regularly and taking action builds trust and ensures the surveys remain effective.

To access your employees Pulse responses

Go to Employees > Pulse Dashboard

Then select Employee Insights from the Menu

In Employee Insights, you will see a list of your employees that have submitted a Pulse survey.

In the list, you can customize the columns you see by selecting the manage columns menu. Here's what each column means:

  • Days Since: This is how many days since the employee took a pulse survey.

  • Level of Concern: If the employee provided all high ratings and feedback is positive, this will read "LOW". If an employee submits a negative rating, you will see "HIGH" concern.

  • Current Score: This is what the employee scored each category, out of 6 possible points.

  • Current Trends: The arrows will show if the score has increased, decreased or stayed the same since the employees previous pulse survey.

To view all available Pulse survey insights for an employee, click on the employees name to open their employee profile.

  • View AI-driven insights tailored to the employee’s personality and recent pulse ratings, designed to help guide meaningful conversations.
