How to Create a Custom Offer Letter Template
Start by navigating to the Settings Gear and selecting "Templates."
On the left-hand side, select the "Offer Letter Templates" tab.
Select "+ Add Template"
From here, you can start to create your offer letter template.
As you start to type within the body of the offer letter, be sure to include all the required variables along the left-hand side.
Once you have completed your offer letter, scroll down to customize the email that will be sent to the candidate. Using the "Insert Variable" drop-down down you can customize the email.
When finished, select "Submit."
How to Edit/Delete Custom Offer Letter Templates
To edit or delete a custom offer letter, navigate to the "My Offer Letter Templates and locate the offer letter you wish to edit or delete.
To edit, select the pencil icon.
To delete, select the trash can icon.
To duplicate, select the double square icon.
This will reopen the offer letter to make any changes.
How to Use Custom Offer Letter Templates When Extending an Offer to a Candidate
Within the "Candidate" tab, locate the candidate you wish to extend an offer to. From the Action drop-down, move the candidate to the "Offer" Stage.
Then select "Generate Offer".
Our System Default template will open first. To use your templates, select the drop-down on the top right and select the template you wish to use.
