IdealTraits

Making sure your company website is up to date is a great tool within the IdealTraits platform. This allows candidates to easily find you and learn more about your company as they begin the hiring process with you.

Your company website will be hyperlinked on your IdealTraits Career Page and candidates will be redirected to your website after completing the assessment with their application.

To update your company website, click the Settings gear in the top right corner of your screen.

From the dropdown menu, select Company Settings.

Locate the Website line at the bottom of the page, right above Company Logo.

Simply paste in your website URL and you're good to go! This page will automatically save any updates you make.
